This event starts - Sunday, March 28, 2010

SALT EVENT AT ST. MARY’S FULL – BUT THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE

Due to overwhelming interest, we are at capacity for the event at St. Mary’s on Thursday, February 25 called Shake Off Salt: Your Heart Will Thank You. Registration is closed and there is no waiting list. We encourage anyone who has registered to arrive early. Doors open at 6:30 and the presentations begin at 7 p.m.

For anyone who has not registered for the St. Mary’s event, there is a second free presentation on salt on March 28 at the Waterloo Region Children’s Museum, Kitchener, in the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts. The talk begins at 3 p.m. and there is free parking in the Duke and Ontario Street garage behind the museum.
