In memory of Sarah Misselbrook 1975-2005

For many years, Sarah was the first person guests would encounter as the entered Charcoal restaurants. Her warm, genuine greeting  combined with her style and grace added an extra touch of elegance to the establishments. Sarah became an institution within the hearts of both her colleagues and guests whose lives she poisitively affected with virtually every contact.
In Sarah's honour, the Charcoal Group will sell a limited edition print every year with 100% of its sales going to St. Mary's Regional Cardiac Care Centre.

The Sarah Misselbrook Family Room at the St. Mary's General Hospital Regional Cardiac Care Centre
After a courageous battle with heart disease, on December 30 2005, Sarah passed away. In Sarah's honour, the proceeds of this endeavour will support the Sarah Misselbrook Family Room at the St. Mary's Regional Cardiac Care Centre.

About the Artist
Heather Ford is a first year Conestoga College Student. She has a BAA in Illustration from Sheridan College and her future goals include opening a design/illustration collaborative studio, writing and illustrating children's novels, and advertising.
Heather wanted to create a dynamic, warm and textural visual experience for the poster design. She created an art piecwe that not only reflected the atmosphere of Martini's, but teh beauty that represents Sarah Misselbrook.
