The next time you're entertaining or celebrating a special occasion, simply invite your guests to make a donation to the St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation (SMGHF) in lieu of wine, flowers or other gifts. Let your guests know how much every contribution is appreciated and how every dollar donated goes towards creating a brighter future.
· At your next party, simply invite guests to provide a donation to the SMGHF, in lieu of bringing a bottle of wine, flowers or host/hostess gift. Consider posting our celebration donation cards in visible locations throughout the party, providing guests an opportunity to fill them out at their own leisure. Then mail it back with the donations to SMGHF at the address provided.
· Call the Foundation main office at (519) 749-6797 and ask for any quantity of our celebration donation cards to include with your own invitations for your next event or celebration. After receiving their invitation, guests can fill out the donation card in private and mail their donation directly to the SMGHF.
· Keep one of our celebration cards in your purse/car/wallet. When you are on your way to a last minute party/event you already have a card and gift in hand! Leave the 'Celebrate Tomorrow' portion with the guest as your gift, tuck the donation form in your pocket and make a donation in their honour when you return home to your chequebook. No need to stop at the card shop and the florist!
All gifts will receive an official Income Tax Receipt.
