Redevelopment
St. Mary’s is in the final phase of a $100 million capital redevelopment project. The project includes the renovation of 90,000+ sq. feet of space (to be complete, Spring 2009) and the addition of 100,000 sq. feet of new space. The hospital’s new building (opened May, 2008) features consolidated ambulatory care and outpatient cardiac care on the first floor, eight new operating rooms on the second floor, and new day surgery and surgical recovery space.
