St. Mary’s Receives $520,000 for Infrastructure Upgrades

Picture of St. Mary's building from a distanceKitchener Centre MPP Daiene Vernile has announced St. Mary’s will receive approximately $520,000 for building upgrades and repairs from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. The investment from the Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund (HIRF) is part of $175 million being allocated to Ontario hospitals for 2016-17.

The funding confirmation will allow St. Mary’s to determine its priority infrastructure projects, based on a list on a list which includes flooring repairs, roof and window replacements.
