Heart Function Clinic
This clinic provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients who have been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. The services are provided by an interprofessional team and include medical evaluation, prescribed exercises, cardiac risk factor modification, education, counselling, behavioural interventions, and will emphasize healthy heart living.

Pacemaker and Device Clinic
This clinic provides follow-up support for a variety of implanted devices including pacemakers and Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD). Registered Nurses provide a comprehensive clinical assessment along with complete device interrogation in order to obtain an overview of the patient’s health status. These nurses trouble shoot and problem solve in collaboration with the physician and industry support to optimize device function and improve the patient’s quality of life.

This clinic provides assessment and follow-up care for patients who have an arrhythmia and require medical or advanced treatments. Staffed by Dr. Claus Rinne from St. Mary’s and electrophysiologists from London Health Sciences Centre, the clinic offers services to the community for consultations regarding device, ablation and arrhythmia problems.
