Bill Payment

We have several options for the payment of Hospital services:

• In person: Pay your bill at our Cashier office at the Queen's Blvd. site (formerly St. Mary's General Hospital).
• By mail: Cheques can be made payable to: Waterloo Regional Health Network, Attention Patient Accounts, 911 Queen’s Blvd, Kitchener ON N2M1B2. Please indicate your MRN number on your cheque.
• Online: Done through your home bank's website. You can also arrange this option with your bank. Waterloo Regional Health Network will be listed as one of the vendors for selection. Please reference your MRN number (found on your invoice) when making your payment.
• Telephone: Patient Accounts Department, 519-749-6660, Monday-Friday, 8-4. Please reference your MRN number.  Visa or Mastercard accepted, no debit cards.
• Financial Institutions: Present your invoice to the teller to pay your bill at a financial institution.
• Website: Payments can be made using our website (must have PayPal)  Please reference your invoice number.

Online Invoice Payment

Payments submitted below are only applicable to the Queen's Blvd. site (formerly St. Mary's General Hospital). 

As we prepare for the possibility of an upcoming mail strike, we want to inform our patients, vendors, and partners that delays in the delivery and receipt of mail may occur. This includes invoices, statements, payments, and other important documents typically sent or received by mail.

 
Our Patient Accounts and Accounts Payables teams are actively planning to minimize disruptions. However, should a postal service interruption take place, we encourage you to consider using electronic methods of communication and payment whenever possible during this time.
