St. Mary’s Seeking Community Input For Upcoming Strategic Plan
St. Mary’s General Hospital is embarking on a refreshed Strategic Plan to guide our work over the next 18-24 months with a view to the next 5 years. The plan will consider how we continue through the COVID-19 pandemic and how we will actively build in the years beyond to best serve the community and region with our partners.
The Strategic Plan is a road map that will establish multi-year goals for SMGH. It articulates that ‘what’ and ‘why’ of our existence and helps us to identify priorities within the broader healthcare system.
We appreciate that many people have a stake in the future of our organization. To ensure that these important voices are heard, St. Mary’s is inviting a wide array of stakeholders to provide input into the plan. As part of this process, we are asking you to share your ideas on the future of health care at SMGH by completing this short survey. Find the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SMGHStratPlan2020.
Your input is vital to the development of a strong Strategic Plan, and we hope you will take approximately 5-10 minutes to fill in this confidential survey. The survey will remain open from October 14–23, 2020. Given the current conditions with COVID-19 we have had to shorten our strategic planning cycle.
Your ideas and input will be critical as we develop our renewed strategic plan and will influence the programs and services we deliver at St. Mary’s.
Thank you for your help in shaping our future, together!
